Owner, Stylist, Educator
Julie is a graduate of Capri School of Cosmetology, an advanced training facility in the NYC Tri-State area. After refining her craft at several local salons, including eight years in the Elmwood Village, she brought her vision to life by founding Urbanity—a stylish, comfortable, all-inclusive salon designed to offer an elevated, personalized experience.
Julie specializes in all aspects of hair coloring, from routine maintenance and low-maintenance, multi-dimensional looks to bold color transformations. She’s known for creating natural, undetectable men’s color treatments and for flawlessly executing dramatic changes—whether it’s going from black to blonde, blonde to red, or transitioning from dyed hair to natural, including silver/grey blending. Julie also has a talent for fantasy colors, always prioritizing the integrity of the hair with the highest-quality products, techniques, and expertise.
Beyond color, Julie offers smoothing keratin treatments, hand-tied extensions, formal and vintage styling, and makeup application, ensuring every client leaves feeling polished, confident, and radiant.
Natalia
Stylist
Graduating from the prestigious Salon Professional Academy in 2017, Natalia has quickly become a standout stylist with a passion for creating exceptional hair transformations. Specializing in all aspects of hair coloring, from routine maintenance to cutting-edge, refreshed looks, she excels in multidimensional, lived-in color and bold, vibrant fantasy shades. As our salon's dedicated perm specialist, Natalia has mastered the art of texture, creating soft, voluminous curls and waves that perfectly complement each client's natural beauty.
Her talent is undeniable—an artist at heart, she brings creativity, precision, and a patient, confident approach to every client. Natalia’s skillset extends across all hair types and textures, allowing her to effortlessly craft stunning, individualized styles. Chandler graduated from the Nail Technician Program at the Salon Professional Academy in 2022, and within just one year, she quickly honed her skills and built a loyal clientele, ultimately establishing herself as a self-employed, independent nail artist.
Nail art is Chandler’s true passion, and she thrives on the challenge of bringing her clients' creative ideas to life, always eager to experiment with new techniques and trends. Whether it's intricate designs or bold statement nails, she’s dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with nails.

Cathy’s expertise extends to cutting, where she tailors each haircut to suit her clients' unique features, whether it's a precision bob, textured layers, or a chic pixie cut.
